Boxer Patrick Day was knocked out in the 10th round by Charles Conwell on Saturday night.
Day, 27, was treated by a doctor in the ring and then was rushed off on a stretcher by paramedics and transported to the hospital.

Cruel Fate - how else can you explain the different outcomes? Spence was catapulted out of his car in a high speed crash and broke no bones, thank God.
Day got KO'd and died a few days later.
Boxer Patrick Day has died after he sustained head injuries in a fight on Saturday night against fellow American Charles Conwell.
